I WROTE WORDS!
Since last time, I’ve been thinking and thinking and obsessing over my characters, and I did it! I finally wrote some words again!
I didn’t let my self get carried away with it, since I’m doing micro dose therapy right now, to get back into the habit of actually doing things, but I did it! 🖤
And I posted on my socials. And I can’t stop thinking about my books. (I just struggle to get the right words into my documents.) So I’m choosing to believe that this is going to be okay. I’m on my way back. The spark is within reach again!
I really thought I was doing better after writing the last email update to all of you, but after that I ended up crashing hard again. Of course. But now it feels…different. It feels less like a sudden outburst, and more like…me. I’m slowly sneaking up on some momentum, some life. I just have to make sure I don’t go overboard. It takes time, and patience, and a lot of hard work, but I’m positive this is going in the direction it should.
Which means more morally gray characters, more smut, more dark and twisted love stories, and more books. I have so many ideas and notes and plans for the future, and I probably need to be restrained once I’m fully back on the horse… 👀
(I’m sure Lewis has some extra ropes laying around for me… 😏)

Maybe it’s time to share some actual author news, then? 🫣
This duet was supposed to be one book. This duet was supposed to be a novella, actually. But Silas and Mia both ended up being too big for just one small cover. They demanded a longer story, and how could I refuse?
Silas is the darkest MMC in my universe yet. He is…unstable. And he has no idea what love really is. And Mia? She adores feeling so wanted, even if it’s a little…extreme. 🩸
(Also, this is still a secret, so we can just pretend you don’t know about it, yeah? I’m not supposed to get carried away like this… 👀)
I’m still working on Lewis and Georgina as well, but their release might be a little bit delayed after my mental health tanked. They are still coming before this curveball, but I couldn’t keep this to myself anymore. 🤫
